Let’s get you moved in!

We’re so glad you’ve chosen to live at our community. In this guide, you will find everything you need to get settled in your new place.

BEFORE MOVE-IN DAY

To expedite your move-in process, make sure you have paid your first installment along with Resident Shield and have your file completed.

Paying Your First Installment

Please pay by 8/1/2022. Your first installment along with Resident Shield and any additional fees must be paid in full and your file completed prior to move-in, before you can receive your apartment keys. Paying online is quick and easy!

An instructional email would have been sent to you following your initial lease approval. If you have any questions, please contact our team.

Acceptable Payment Options

Online with debit or credit card. Include banking and routing number to avoid service charges.

Resident Shield

Resident Shield takes the place of a traditional security deposit and is non-refundable. Resident Shield is required upon lease signing or lease renewal.

WHAT TO BRING

to make life easier

One of the greatest things about living at Oxford Village is its furniture packages. Here is a list of what is included in your apartment and suggestions for essentials you may want to bring with you.

What’s included: Refrigerator, garbage disposal, oven/stove, microwave, blinds for the bedroom windows.

What to bring: Pots and pans, cooking utensils, small appliances (toaster, blenders, etc.), cups, silverware, plates, dish soap, trash bin, television, bedding, lamps, shower curtain, toiletries, cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc.

Personal items such as linens, shower curtains, cookware, dishes, garbage bins, etc. are not provided. We suggest that you contact your roommates prior to move-in to determine what each person will bring for the common areas.

LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS

Parking:

If you have reserved parking for the year, access will be granted via the STRAITS APP.

Utilities:

Your rent includes the following utilities and your service will already be activated when you arrive: cable, internet, monthly routine pest control and trash/recycling.

Cable & Internet

Oxford Village offers an all-inclusive package, the internet service will be provided in every bedroom. The service is already activated.

Water & Sewer

Water and sewer are included with your rental installment.

Electric

Electric is billed back automatically each month minus your allowance for electricity. These utilities are divided evenly between all roommates and posted to your account between the 15^th and 30 of every month.

There is an electric allowance of $25 per person.

PACKAGE ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Our management team will accept packages on your behalf if you have signed the Package Release Form. All packages should be mailed to the leasing office. Please be aware both a photo ID and a signature will be necessary to pick up a package from the management office, and our team can only release packages to the addressee.
